REFLECTION
Writing a reflection for this first assignment is interesting now at almost the end of the semester. What I remember most is the feeling of being awkward. First, it was one of the first times I let myself out of the house, for any distance, since the pandemic started. Next, it had been so long since I had carried around my DSL (and I forgot how heavy my 2006 camera body was). Looking at each photo, while not terrible, I can see how I would improve them using what I have learned this semester about lighting and composition. My favorite picture is still that of the building's back. I think because I was channeling Eggleston here, as I only took one shot, mostly because I feel uncomfortable in a pretty full parking lot.
